Progress to date

Operating for over 40 years, Redrow is one of the UK’s leading developers with a track record of creating attractive and innovative places to live.

We are delivering Colindale Gardens in stages:

• Stage 1 – Detailed plans have been approved and construction started in February 2016 – the first residents moved in Autumn 2017.
• Stage 2 - Detailed plans have been approved and construction started in May 2018, construction has recently commenced. Stage 1 and 2 will provide 2,820 homes of the total 2,900 homes. This has provided an opportunity to look at Stage 3 again.
• Stage 3 – Initial proposals have been produced.
