Redrow Napier Park

Redrow Homes are currently delivering a high quality residential development at Napier Park, which will completely transform a barren, steeply sloping brownfield site into an attractive new community.

In April 2016, Luton Borough Council announced an ambitious £1.5 billion inward investment programme, which will help the town achieve even greater growth. Luton is already a key area for business and commerce and is also the home of the country’s fastest growing airport. Over the next 20 years, the town is set to completely transform, with a number of major developments creating tens of thousands of new jobs. Redrow are committed to investing in this regeneration programme.

Outline planning consent was granted by Luton Borough Council in April 2015, for a vibrant mixed-use development at Napier Park. The regeneration scheme will revitalise the long-vacant brownfield site, providing new homes and development for a range of other uses, including retail, office, industrial/storage, distribution, hotel and leisure.

Redrow are excited to be the first developers to invest in this extensive regeneration project. In December 2016, we secured consent from Luton Borough Council to deliver 520 new homes as part of the transformation of this area.
