Reserved matters planning application to be submitted to Luton Borough Council

As you may be aware, Napier Park’s current landowners are already working on site. Preparation works commenced recently, in readiness for us to build the foundations of the first new homes, once our detailed plans have received formal consent.

We are submitting a reserved matters planning application to Luton Borough Council in July 2016. The application seeks to agree our detailed design, scale, layout and landscaping proposals.

Once the application has been validated, you will be able to view it on the Council’s website.
