Development update from Redrow

In March 2019, Redrow Homes secured consent from Braintree District Council to deliver 350 new homes on land north of Western Road, including 40 per cent affordable housing. Now that work has started on site, we felt it would be helpful to provide residents with a construction timeline, and let you know about the works to be undertaken on site over the next few months.
