Welcome to the public consultation website for the proposed fourth phase of Redrow’s development at Tascroft Rise Phase 4, Warminster.
Tascroft Rise Phase 4 is part of the West Warminster Urban Extension (WWUE) Strategic Allocation, which aims to create 1550 homes and 6 hectares of employment land for the local area.
This website provides details of our proposals for a potential application to develop 54 high-quality new homes – including affordable houses for families and first-time buyers – alongside extensive community outdoor leisure space and green transport infrastructure to help cut emissions and support carbon reduction.
It is important to us that people have the opportunity to input into our proposals, ahead of an application being submitted to Wiltshire Council, so we would value your thoughts to help us shape our plans.
