We have now submitted our full planning application. The application will soon be available to view on Wealden District Council's website, where you can take part in the Council's statutory consultation process by sharing your views on the proposals. All comments will be carefully considered by Redrow and Council officers.

Redrow

Redrow was established in 1974, and is today one of the most successful and acclaimed national property developers. Redrow is passionate about the quality of homes it builds, the people who build them, the communities it creates and the society in which they reside.

In its 2019 financial year reporting, Redrow announced the completion of 6,443 new homes. Of these, 27 per cent were social rented homes, making a significant contribution to the need for affordable homes across the UK. In addition to £0.4m of charitable donations, £314m of funding to secure improvements for local communities was secured through Section 106 Agreements.

In November 2019, Redrow was awarded Large Developer of the Year at Property Week's RESI Awards. In the previous year, the Company was named Housebuilder of the Year at both the 2018 Building Awards and the What House? Awards 2018, and was named as a UK Top 100 Apprenticeship Employer for the fifth consecutive year in January 2018.

Hesmonds Stud, East Hoathly

This website has been created to allow Redrow to share information about the Hesmonds Stud development proposals with the local community. You can also use the Have Your Say page to submit feedback and enquiries directly to the project team, and keep track of the latest news.

Public consultation event
